Annual OCD Conference Banner

Dr. Hsia will be speaking at the International Obsessive Compulsive Foundation conference in San Francisco this July, 2017. He will be on a panel with several other distinguished clinicians and researchers, discussing how OCD treatments can and need to be adapted to better fit diverse populations.

As Dr. Hsia has a significant background in both OCD and diversity issues, he is well suited to speak on the topic: both his internship and externship featured the research and treatment of OCD, his dissertation was on the research of acculturation, and he has given workshops internationally on cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, he just finished revising his chapter for the second edition of the American Psychological Association Press book “Culturally Responsive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy”.

More information about the conference can be found at the OCD 2017 Conference website.
