Have you ever had that friend who constantly asks to borrow things, asks for a ride, asks for cash, asks for a favor, but they never reciprocate? If you keep saying ‘yes’, you end up feeling used, frustrated, and exhausted.

Anxiety is a taker. And the way to break out is by saying no,. Do less to appease anxiety and do not give anxiety your energy.

When anxiety asks you to overprepare, you can say no. When anxiety tells you something feels off, you can say I’m okay feeling off.

Anxiety may ask for things, but you can choose to say no.

So slow down, and accept the discomfort anxiety brings, rather than giving into the demands of anxiety.
