The OC Anxiety Center is excited to welcome Dr. Lauren DeSilva to our staff.

After a careful and extensive search, we are happy to announce that Dr. DeSilva will be working with us.  Originally from Orange County, she is happy to be back.  We will soon be posting her bio, but a few notes of interest about her:

• Attended UC Davis for her undergraduate degree
• Completed her doctoral degree at Azusa Pacific University
• Has worked in a number of settings, from Harbor UCLA Medical Center to Range Mental Health Center in Minnesota.

Dr. DeSilva has an extensive background in applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a range of settings, and is excited to focus on anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders while also providing parent training and family therapy options as well.
